  1. Shipping Policy
    Order Processing Time
    Orders are processed within 1 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed after 5 pm will be processed the next business day. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. If there is a delay due to high order volume or other reasons, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size, and weight of your items. You will be able to view the shipping cost before completing your order.

Domestic Shipping:

Standard shipping: 4-5 business days

Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days

Express shipping: 1-2 business days

International Shipping:

Standard international shipping: 10-12 business days (Customs and local postal processing may delay delivery.)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary based on factors like weather, holidays, and the shipping carrier.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

The return must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Clearance sales, customized products, etc.

Items that have been opened or used.

How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

We will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or was incorrectly shipped, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for processing.

Exchanges
